The customer was tired of metering the water temperature through the faucet along with constantly having to replacing the seat washers. What happens is numerous users of the faucet turn the handles off at different strengths that cause the seat washers to be damaged. Damaged because the user assumes they still have to turn the faucet off extremely hard which is not the case. This faucet replacement was done with no access to the back side of the wall. Remodel plate was used to avoid doing any tile work.
